"We ordered towards the end of the second day at a festival. They were out of red meat, but subbed salmon. Waited almost 50 minutes, which was tough. Turned out the propane had gone out and needed to be replaced. They comped some drinks and a side for our wait. We forgave them by the second bite. Hopefully the next time goes quicker, but with good food and good service it's worth a bit of a wait."

"i hate to leave bad reviews because i know they are working hard to provide for their families and are trying to maintain a good reputation, so i wont leave a 1 2 or 3 star review. i wont give it 5 stars though because i feel like the food is very expensive. it tasted pretty good but for $30 a dish, I expected a more generous portion of meat. to get "double meat" aka a combo, they want you to pay anywhere from $40-70 which is absolutely outrageous. I am writing this in hopes you as the owner reads this and make sure your portions reflect your price points because its border line price gouging. there were a ton of onions and not a lot of meat. the veggies are meant to compliment the dish, not take it over. food trucks are supposed to make you feel good for supporting small businesses and are supposed to offer a unique experience but I left this one feeling disappointed from how expensive it was and dissatisfied from how little steak there was compared to the plethora of onions and other veggies. dishes need to be better balanced or better priced, plain and simple. hope you will consider this because unfortunately, i won't be a returning customer and judging by other reviews, I know I am not the only one that feels this way. best of luck though!"
